A girl spotted a man later identified as Alfredo Cerroblanco looking through her bedroom window of the Maplewood Park Apartments in Manassas, at 9:50 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, police said.
The victim's home is a 3-minute drive from Cerroblanco's house on Manassas Drive in Manassas Park, maps show.
The girl immediately notified a family member who prevented Cerroblanco from leaving the area until police arrived and detained him. Cerroblanco was charged with peeping into a residential dwelling.
